Tyler Long is a victim of Peer Abuse Driven Bullycide. He took his life October 17th, 2009. Tyler was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He was only 17-years-old.

When we speak, we share Tyler’s story and talk about the legacy one can leave behind. How will you help others? We also discuss how adults can provide support and address bullying with their child’s teachers, counselors, and administrators. We talk about how our youth have the power to make it better for future generations. We tell them their voice is their most powerful tool. We’ve had kids tell us that Tyler’s story saved their lives. Bullies came to us to say they didn’t realize how bad their words hurt. For parents, we explain what we did wrong and how they can work with their bullied child. We engage the parent, child and school for better communication. Our assemblies provide children safety, compassion and a voice. Most of all, we let kids know that they are not alone and that help is available.
